Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager at Jumbotail you will-

  • Analyse our brand position in the market and crystallize targeted customer insights
  • Develop the brand personality & strategy: What is the key value propositions that our brand stands for Which segments are we targeting
  • Align the company around the brand’s vision, direction and choices
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns for the brand (online and offline)
  • Oversee creative execution for campaigns
  • Measure and report brand performance metrics
  • Conduct customer research; monitor market trends and competitors’ activities

 

Requirements:

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

  • 2-4 years experience, with an MBA in marketing
  • Aptitude for creative thinking, with out of the box ideas
  • Strong analytical ability, with data driven thinking
  • Strong understanding of branding strategies – concepts and execution
  • Knowledge of online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media) is a must
  • Proven experience in managing a consumer brand is a must; experience in an e-commerce setup preferred
