Credit Onboarding Executive

As a Credit Onboarding Executive , you will be ambassador of our customers where increasing access to credit for our customers is an essential part of Jumbotail’s strategy, mission and long term vision. You will play a crucial role in this in several ways: (1) explaining our credit product to our customers, (2) helping them sign up for the product making sure to collecting the relevant documents, and (3) be the point of contact for queries from the customer towards ensuring a excellent overall customer experience.

Location: Bangalore


… speak Kannada
… sell products and services to busy kirana shopkeepers
… use basic maths to explain credit concepts (like interest rates and payment duration) to our customers
… organize and track important financial documents and money
… think logically and use common sense to solve problems
… exercise judgement in challenging situations such as when a customer is unable to pay
… be resourceful and able to work within constraints of time and resources to get meet customers and sign them up
… travel locally to meet customers on your bike (fuel reimbursement will be provided)

If you have

… experience with our customer base (kirana shopkeepers) in a previous role and or have sold financial services products
… a passion for startups in the food and grocery industry
… a strong connection to Jumbotail’s core values
… enthusiasm to serve the customer which means that you can patiently explain credit products and field their queries with humility and empathy
… bias for action and will go meet customers instead of waiting for them to come to you
… naturally take ownership and can identify problems and take steps to solve them without somebody telling you
… high integrity and can be trusted with a customer’s financial information and funds
